Delegate meetings are held in January, March, July and November (Note: November 2026 meeting is on a Tuesday).                                                       

NOTE: DELEGATE MEETINGS COMMENCE AT (9:45am  for 10:00am) This is the opportunity for each Club to send executive members of their committee so as to become better aware of the activities of your Association, such as Friendship days, PAV sporting tournaments, etc; to learn about what is happening in the Probus world; to put your questions to the PAV committee; and to circulate with representatives from other Clubs. By doing this each quarter, this will assist in the advancement of your Club. Note: management questions should be referred to PSPL, and not raised at meetings of delegates.                                             

 Ample parking is available.  If staying for lunch, senior meals can be purchased.
