Quarterly meetings of Club delegates are held in February, May, August and November each year.
The November meeting also coincides with the Annual General Meeting of the Association.

These are held on the 4th Monday of February, May, August and November.
NOTE: DELEGATE MEETINGS COMMENCE AT (9:45 for 10AM)
This is the opportunity for each Club to send executive members of their committee so as to become better aware of the activities of your Association, such as Friendship days, PAV sporting tournaments, etc; to learn about what is happening in the Probus world; to put your questions to the PAV committee; and to circulate with representatives from other Clubs. By doing this each quarter, this will assist in the advancement of your Club. Note: management questions should be referred to PSPL, and not raised at meetings of delegates.
