PAV Delegate Meetings

Quarterly meetings of Club delegates are held in February, May, August and November each year. The November meeting also coincides with the Annual General Meeting of the Association.

This is the opportunity for each Club to send executive members of their committee so as to become better aware of the activities of your Association, such as Friendship days, PAV sporting tournaments, etc; to learn about what is happening in the Probus world; to put your questions to the PAV committee; and to circulate with representatives from other Clubs. By doing this each quarter, this will assist in the advancement of your Club.

These are now held on the 4th Monday of the above-mentioned months commencing at 10 am at

THE VILLAGE GREEN HOTEL,

Ample parking is available. Dining facilities offer an extensive menu including Seniors meals (these are at a cost of $16 per person and served buffet style). Fully licensed.

The next meeting of delegates will be held on Monday 27th February 2012 commencing at 10am.
