PAV Committee 2011-2012

At the Annual General Meeting of PAV held on 28th November 2011, the new committee for 2011 - 12 took office.

Following the presentation of the various annual reports, retiring president Irma Dymke handed the meeting over to the Returning Officer - Past President John Mitchell - who advised the meeting that the number of nominations received for the committee did not exceed the number required, and that therefore the officers and committee (as listed below) were deemed elected. He then presented incoming President Jim Frew with the president's collar.

President Jim, in the course of his introductory address, thanked the retiring president Irma Dymke for fulfilling the role of president over the last two years with such distinction, and presented her with a plaque in recognition of her services.

Before retiring from the chair, Irma Dymke presented retiring committee member Shirley Prout with a certificate in acknowledgement of her long service on the committee during which Shirley maintained the comprehensive manuals for guest speakers and outings.
